The website for the Bournemouth Town Centre BID provides information to the BID levy payers about the additional projects and services they receive for their BID levy.
The Rangers are now an established prescence on the streets and the town has benefitted from two comprehensive marketing and promotional Christmas campaigns which have seen a significant upward shift in footfall figures in Bournemouth, against a national picture where footfall continues to fall. The third Christmas campaign is now under way and full information about this can be found on the public facing BID website www.makeitbournemouth.co.uk.
A major new signage scheme is due to be delivered during this winter, but already visitors can pick up a free Town Centre Map which replaces the previous map (based on 1928 mapping!) and which shows much more clearly where businesses are and everything that the town centre offers.
The Rangers are on the streets six days a week and having an increasing effect. They've recently rolled out a new scheme to clear up small items of graffiti directly, freeing up council resources to tackle more extensive pieces.
To help us keep you informed please use the form at the bottom of this page to add your email to our mailing list. Your details won't be passed on or used for any other reason but the more emails we have the easier and cheaper it is to communicate with the levy payers, which means more money can be spent on the projects to bring you all more customers.
This site contains all the information about the BID plus a library of BID documents, but if you prefer to talk to someone direct, do feel free to contact the BID on 01202 296343.
